Guidance for the Dementia Care Journey

Over 7 million Americans are living with dementia—and behind each of them is a circle of support that includes nearly 12 million unpaid care partners. These care partners are often the people closest to them: spouses, adult children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and even parents.

Caregiving doesn’t come with an instruction manual. No two journeys are the same. Each person with dementia experiences a unique mix of changes, challenges, and capacities. As the saying goes, “If you’ve met one person with dementia, you’ve met ONE person with dementia.”

That’s where Aging Care Coach comes in. Just like a coach supports an athlete—offering strategies, guidance, and encouragement from the sidelines—I partner with care teams and families to help you build confidence, skill, and resilience as you care for someone living with brain change.

Through personalized care coaching sessions, I help families create realistic plans, access the right resources, and respond skillfully to changing needs.

Whether you're brand new to caregiving or facing a tough transition, I’m here to help you show up with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Let’s take the next step—together.
